The ROI Shop (https://theroishop.com) provides an application which enables Sales to work with Customer champions to easily and quickly demonstrate the value of our products and platform via an online tool which also outputs the summary results to PDF.

To create an ROI:

  • Login here: https://www.theroishop.com/login/?ref=/dashboard/.
  • Click on “+ Create a New ROI” to create a new ROI or “Open” to update an existing ROI.
  • Gray fields are calculated. Click on the calculator to see the math behind the calculation and update the calculations if needed.
  • White fields are for input. You may use the below input data examples as a starting point based on customer size, and then refine with your Customer champion based on their real data.

The different sections are representative of our products as follows:

  • Global Websites = DXM (Website, Fund Center, Product Pages)
  • Secure Communities = Portals
  • Document Production = Documents (Factsheets, Studio for Office)
  • Compliance Risk Mitigation applies to all product types

My Actions allows you to change currency, add or view allowed users (enter email of the customer user with whom you plan to share the ROI), show or reset verification link (use the link to share the ROI with the allowed user and reset the link to remove the user access).

In the Summary section at the bottom of the page, enter the estimated Implementation (One-Time) and Subscription (License) costs by using Kurtosys. The slider on the right for the Implementation Period is used to calculate the Payback Period and the same number is used for all calculations regardless of duration of implementation used in each product section. You can also use the Conservative Factor slider at the top of the page, by product, to adjust the ROI by product. The suggested default adjustment is 50%.

Below are representative starting points for completing the information for what it would cost the Customer to do an equivalent project without using the Kurtosys platform. These numbers should be entered by the salesperson, and then shared with the Customer for validation update. 

A PDF can be generated after the inputs are agreed to enable the Customer champion to demonstrate the value of Kurtosys with their internal stakeholders.
